Practice management for dental clinics

BreezeHub Dental is a web application for dental practices. It keeps patient records, treatment, payments and the practice's appointments in one place. It runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone, and each practice has its own account that only its staff can open.

• Patient records

  Personal details, medical history with alerts for conditions the dentist must know about, notes, and files such as X-rays and photos.

• Treatment

  An odontogram, treatment plans, the work done at each visit and periodontal charts. Plans and charts can be printed as PDF.

• Payments

  Payments recorded against the work they cover, receipts, what each patient still owes and any credit the practice holds for them.

• Practice finances

  Income and expenses for the practice, with the labs and suppliers it works with.

• Staff and accountability

  Separate roles for the owner, dentists, assistants and front desk, and a log of who changed what and when.

• Appointments with Google Calendar

  An optional connection to the practice's Google Calendar. Once the owner connects it, staff can see, book, move and cancel appointments from the application, and the overview screen lists the next ones.
